Weather conditions should clear across Eastern North Carolina as folks go to the polls on Primary Day. Cool temperatures will greet early voters as temperatures should be in the middle 50s at sunrise. By midday temperatures should reach the lower to middle 70s under partly sunny skies. By evening partly cloudy skies will give way to mostly clear conditions with temperatures near 70 degrees. It appears there is no weather reason to miss voting on this Primary Day.
