The N.C. Attorney General's Office is warning people about the company, Debt Be Gone Credit Specialists. Officials say the classified ads this company posts are concerning.

Here's what the ad says:
Do you want to start the new year right? Is your $$$$$$ situation a little tight? How about getting a loan with no fight? 877-467-9991. We offer personal, business, debt consolidation & refinance loans. No upfront fees involved."

Officials says the claim that there are no upfront fees is not true. Also, this company is not not licensed to provide or broker loans in the state of North Carolina.
