Strong and Severe Storms Winding Down....Nice Weekend...
A cold front moving through eastern North Carolina has triggered strong to severe thunderstorms across the region. There are reports of trees and power lines down in Jones county where there was a Tornado Warning earlier on. Through the evening...showers and thunderstorms will move off the coast...as a cold front presses through the region. Drier and cooler air will follow for Friday into the weekend...with highs in the mid and upper 80's and lows in the 60's.
