As Memorial Day drew near, we watched the increase in gas prices. Check out the stats.

The price for the first couple of days is the North Carolina average for regular unleaded. After that, you'll also see North Carolina averages for mid, premium and diesel, as well as the national average for regular unleaded.

That sure is a nice Hummer you have, You mean you needed a Diesel pickup to ride to play golf with? you mean to tell me you drove 20 miles one way to save $ .05 a gallon on gas.

Mr. Rogerson has a point there. I asked an employee of Exxon on 70W about the increase and was told that whenever Hess went up so would they. Now to me that is price gouging and I think that's against the law isn't it. I asked if they had received a delivery the day before and was told no. How can the people that own these stations justify this. Maybe come Jan 09 when this so called president is gone we'll have some justice.

Its hard for me to understand how gas stations raise the price of gas already in the ground. I could see it when the truck comes with new gas but not every gas station receives gas everyday. It seems to me that we are getting ourselves get ripped off and their is nothing we can do about it. They say we should just cut back on our daily drives but thats easier said than done.

$4.00 here we come.... I heard they were going to put porno at the gas pumps so that consumers are the only ones getting screwed at the pumps.

With it being an election year, and Bush wanting McCain to win, is thier any sight on whether or not gas prices will fall? Does he have any plans in the US to release oil reserves to give the poverty level population a chance to continue to survive?
