It's a dog eat dog race to the finish for Senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Both are continuing their campaign for the democratic nomination. Clinton is looking ahead to Oregon and Kentucky's primaries on Tuesday, Obama has moved ahead to beating John McCain.

But some analysts think this long, heated campaign might hurt the parties chances of a win in November.

They're questioning whether democratic voters on each side are willing to trade their vote to the presumptive nominee in November.

So we asked local Clinton and Obama supporters would their change their vote if their candidate didn't win.
"I'm supporting Obama and if he didn't win i don't think I'll vote"
says Carolina Cooper.

Alan Peaden says, "I voted for Clinton in the primary if she lose i'll probably vote for McCain"

"I'm definitely going to vote democrat no matter what" says Rania Issa.

"I'm supporting Barack Obama for president, if for some reason Hillary gets the nomination i will actively support her and campaign on her behalf" says Nathon Lean.

Political Science Professor Jody Baumgartner says he feels supporters who are refusing to vote for the presumptive nominee might end up not voting at all, saying this refusal is sparked from a letdown.

"The sense of betrayal really, right. The candidate they've been supporting all along that activated them and motivated them, so I'm going to wash my hands, clean them and stay home" says Baumgartner.

A recent Gallup poll shows that 28 percent of Senator Clinton's supporters will vote for McCain if Obama wins the nomination... 19 percent of Obama backers say they'll vote for McCain if Clinton wins the nomination.

TO BRAD:Wow! First off did you listen to the whole sermon that Rev. Wright preached. I assume you are talking about that since u mention the church point. The media has this funny thing called edited where u can take ends or beginnings of ppls words and selectively loop soudbytes. The man doesn't preach anit-white. On that particular day he was preaching anti-hate & anti-oppression and the US gov't just had happened to be on that list of examples for that sermon. The end part of the sermon sounds ugly to whites and patriots b/c thats all they heard was those infamous "crazy" quotes. But people should research b4 they talk makes u at least sound smart in my opinon. Everything isn't always blk n white. Weak ppl use those excuses b/c they can't prove thier point to be just. Vote for who you want, but dont down the ones who differ you. Isn't that what your church teaches you?

If Obama does not get the nomination I will not be voting for Billary. I'll be "danged" if I will vote for McBush ether. Mr.Boob who are you to say who deserves the right to vote? Are you old enough to vote Mr. Boob probably not but talking like that you don't deserves the right to vote, See how dumb I sound by talking like you talk?

Editor's Note: Word in "quotes" edited.

Mr. Bob, I especially like your "land of the free" comment. You hit the nail right on the head.

Every individual I know that attends a church and stays does so because they believe what the church believes and stands for. If they don't agree with the church, especially on major issues,(such as who invented aids and for what reason etc...) they find another church. If you don't attend church then you may not understand this. Logic, common sense, experience, and my heart tells me that if an individual stays w/ a church for 20 years they definantly agree with the leader of that church and its beliefs. That being said, it is my opinion that any individual that attends a church for 20 years that preaches antiwhite race & antiAmerican sermons has no business representing my family or being president; or being an American citizen at that. It is also my opinion that any member of the white race that supports such an individual is a traitor to the white race and America; just like the members of the church.

Mr. Bob. I have the right to vote, and I voted for Obama. However if Clinton gets it (which isn't likely) I will vote for her. I'm sure you voted for Bush, right! You sound like the kind.

The liberals have definitely made it the land of the free, courtesy of the taxpayer.

I beg to differ, Bob. Every citizen rightfully deserve the privilege of voting for whomever he/she wishes. That's why it's called America, the land of the free.

Anyone who would vote for Clinton or Obama doesn't deserve a right to vote.
