A man whose girlfriend sat on a toilet for so long that the seat adhered to her body has been arrested in a separate case.

Authorities say Kory McFarren was arrested Sunday for alleged lewd and lascivious behavior. He allegedly exposed himself to a neighbor's teenage daughter and her friends. He spent the night in jail before posting bond.

No charges had been filed by Thursday. The 36-year-old McFarren could not be reached for comment.

He was charged last week with a misdemeanor count of mistreatment of a dependent adult. That was after his girlfriend was found stuck to the toilet in late February.

He should definitely be charged in that case w/ his girlfriend. Why would he have waited 2 years to tell someone hey something is seriously or mentally wrong w/ her, she won't leave the bathroom? I think he was abusing her in some way and forcing her to stay in there. This is just a weird case, w/ a lot of info missing. I seriously doubt it is a fake story, the family of the woman spoke out about it as well.

These days people does not have to take abuse of any kind. I do not believe this man should be charged for this crime for this simple reason of her physical condition of not suffering starvation. This leads me to think how did she eat...I believe she or someone kept her fed. If she was being held or abused she could had made it to a door or a window. Who worked who took care of them fiancially? The article stated that she had to be pried off the toliet due to engrown skin..oooh nasty. Is this a fake story or what?
