An army soldier is locked up in the Bertie-Martin County Regional Jail, accused of rape and other sex charges involving a child.

20-year-old Rosha Cherry was extradited from his Army base, Fort Benning in Georgia, to face the charges in Bertie County.

His occupation on his arrest record is listed as military police.

Cherry is charged with statutory rape, sex offenses and taking indecent liberties with a child.

One more story of child rape. One more unfavorable mark on our military. Castration would come to mind. I agree with Bob and J. Sick is an understatement. These people cannot be rehabilitated so why not lets just take them out case by case. It makes me want to puke just thinking of it.

What is going on with these people having indecent liberties with children. God, has given our children to us to give, an example or an exspression of love, it gives us a reason to see ourself grow up in front of our lives. Children are tender, and looks toward us as a way of survial and dependency not to be abuse or sexually assaulted. All I can say is this nation as a body of people is in trouble, God has to intervene, or we will destroyed ourselves as well as our children. I hope the Law will handle this with the strictist penalty with this person due to his action against this child. He needs to be put in prison with the hardcore crimanials and see how they will deal with him.
