Hispanic Heritage Month continues until October 15, and members of the Association Of Mexicans In North Carolina held their annual celebration.

Organizers say the 5th Annual Raza Festival gives the Latino population a chance to share their culture with the community.

Several different organizations came out to Lenoir Community College, Saturday to share information on the various services available to Mexican and Latino Americans.

According to the Pew Hispanic Center, North Carolina has the highest population growth Hispanics from 1990-2000.
