On the heels of its first Conference USA sweep of the season over Marshall, the East Carolina baseball team has cracked the top-25 in three national collegiate baseball polls Monday afternoon garnering a No. 23 ranking by Rivals.com and a No. 24 spot in the polls by Baseball America and Collegiate Baseball.

The Pirates (26-9, 8-4) posted a perfect 5-0 week which included wins over Elon, Old Dominion and a sweep of Marshall. On the week, ECU outscored its opponents 32-19, batted .314 and pounded out 55 hits.
