For about 100 members of the Edenton Chowan Boys and girls club, tonight is a shopping spree. Boys and Girls Club Executive Director Jerome Levisy says it's more than just a shopping spree.
Thanks in part to a grant from the Goodwill Community Foundation each child can choose a new pair of shoes and an outfit of clothes. At the same time, these youngsters may be also experiencing a part of the true meaning of Christmas...Where the seemingly impossible, becomes possible.
