Harry, It is not a hotel, they've just finishing up building condos in the 250K (1 bedroom) to really expensive. You can tell in this image that I'm looking at now but a number of the slips are empty because of the rate increases and the fact they are trying to sell the slips - good idea? Don't know, right now majority ~75% are sitting empty because of higher rental fee. http://www.skysailnewbern.com http://newberngrandmarina.com

I,ve enjoyed watching the Hotel being built on the right down near the waterfront. Is it opened yet? What's the name?

Thanks for displaying the camera. I wish there were more cams online from New Bern (I used to live there - makes me homesick to see the Trent and Neuse River again -sigh)
